The new shop is now up and running at the rehabilition centre at the fiona stanley hospitial . It looks amazing with all sorts of great products.Looking forward to all the opening stages to be finished by Febuaray next year.It is a very humbiling experience listening to all the tragic stories. So many people out there with first world problems. The people i meet some may never walk again , some will never be able to hug their childern and some have to call a nurse just to scratch there face. I am look forward to trying to make these people lives just alittle bit better with the time they spend with me.

ECU MT lawley is going great , catering with a new catchment area is proving challenging with a segmented UNI . Never fear a pub is here I shall be offering a $10 all you can eat buffet soon . When i can work out the best communication lines???

Catering from Ecu MT lawley will be a exciting , with a massive kitchen and access to the northern corridor , I will provide a new clientele environmentally friendly , new style of cocktail food , morning teas ,conferences menus, buffets that they can rely on.

Due to moving , there will be only one Sat morning class on the 13th covering

steamed chocolate pudding with caramel sauce , the art of BBq < potato tuna cakes ,homemade tomato sauce and the usual games. Only 15 lucky people will do my cooking class until the next School holidays.
